Scope: B2B only — exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Service: Web-based SaaS platform for AI-assisted optimization of real estate photographs using a credit-based model.
Governing Law: Wyoming, USA (mandatory provisions of German law, in particular §§ 305 et seq. BGB, are preserved for German B2B customers).
