Insofar as paid services are rendered in future to entrepreneurs established in the EU, invoicing will generally be carried out under the reverse-charge procedure pursuant to § 13b UStG or Art. 196 of the VAT Directive.

Consumer dispute resolution

wpstb.ai is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. A consumer contractual relationship is not intended. Notwithstanding this, Calvoran LLC is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
