This privacy policy applies exclusively to the website calvoran.com. Separate privacy policies apply to the individual brands of Calvoran LLC (maklerbild.de, wpstb.ai, manusimpossible.com) and are accessible via the respective brand website.

The website calvoran.com is a pure corporate and information site. It provides information on Calvoran LLC and its brands as well as legal documents (overview of terms, legal notice, this privacy policy). No user registration, payment processing, or order function takes place on calvoran.com.

5.1 Server Logs
When calvoran.com is accessed, the following data is automatically collected by the hosting provider and stored in server log files:

- Operating system
This data is used exclusively to ensure technical operations, to diagnose errors, and to detect abuse. No combination with other data sources or profiling takes place.

If you contact us by email at office@calvoran.com, the data you transmit (email address, name, content of the message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for follow-up questions.

6. Processors and Third-Country Transfers
The following service providers process personal data on our behalf:
- Vercel, Inc. — Website hosting, Edge Functions (Registered office: USA; Transfer basis: EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
All third-country transfers are based on appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses) or an adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Note on the seat of the controller: Calvoran LLC itself is established in the United States. Processing carried out by Calvoran LLC as controller therefore takes place partly in the USA. To the extent that data is processed outside the scope of the GDPR, Calvoran LLC ensures that the GDPR protection level is maintained through appropriate technical and organisational measures and through the appointment of a representative pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR (see Section 2).
7. Retention Periods
- Server logs: 30 days
- Email correspondence: Until the inquiry is fully processed, at most 6 months, unless further statutory retention obligations apply
- Business correspondence and tax-relevant communication: 6 or 10 years pursuant to tax and commercial retention periods (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB), where applicable
8. Cookies and Tracking
calvoran.com does not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. No third-party tracking and no profiling takes place. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Where the hosting provider sets technically necessary cookies (e.g. for load balancing or for securing the connection), this is based on § 25(2) No. 2 TTDSG, as such cookies are strictly necessary for the provision of the telemedia service expressly requested by the user.
